  Host open houses or broker previews on behalf of the listing agent. All generated leads will be provided to the listing agent.

• Inspection Attendance: $50/hour
  On-site attendance during property inspections, ensuring detailed oversight. A summary report will be provided following the inspection.

• Final Walkthrough: $50/hour
  Conduct a thorough walkthrough to confirm property conditions and verify completion of any agreed-upon repairs before closing.

• Buyer Tour: $45 per door
  Accompany prospective buyers on property tours, providing in-depth information and insights on each listing.

• MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Entry: $40 per entry
  Add new listings to the MLS, including photo uploads and listing details to enhance property visibility.

• New Agent Training: $45/hour (limited availability)
  Coaching for new agents, including:

  • Cold calling techniques

  • Form and contract tutorials

• Contract Assistance: $50 per contract
  Support with contract creation and counteroffers. Includes sending contracts out for signatures to ensure a smooth transaction process.

*Note: Services are available for properties within a 15-mile radius of Laguna Beach. Additional fees apply for out-of-area homes.
