Natalie started her career in the Real Estate industry at age 17 with Option One Mortgage. As an Account Manager, she understood what is needed from buyers on the lending side. She had an excellent opportunity to work for Deutsche Bank, one of the world’s leading financial service providers. As an Accounting Assistant in their California and Chicago property management division, she assisted in maintaining 30-50 multi-unit residential and commercial properties. After spending four years with Deutsche Bank, she moved back to California to be closer to her family and friends. This would be the path to her career in residential Real Estate. As the market changed, REOs were very prevalent at this time, leading her to Skyhill REO. This is where she transitioned from the accounting world to the information technology field. As a Helpdesk Specialist, she was able to further her knowledge in online security and keeping client information protected during a move towards a paperless system. With a desire to be more on the front and grow, Natalie moved from IT to Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty (formerly HOM Real Estate Group). This would be the start of her transaction coordinating career.

Natalie Alvarez
Before becoming a REALTOR with Keller Williams Laguna, Natalie Alvarez increased her knowledge by being a California-licensed Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. She has been in the real estate business for 15+ years. With over $350 million in sales, Natalie’s business ethics are top-notch. With an exceptional eye for attention to detail, Natalie assures clients that all contracts and paperwork are completed and DRE compliant. Keeping track of timelines to make sure all deadlines are met. In 2018 and 2020, Natalie was Events Chairperson for the Laguna Board of REALTORS’ A Taste for Charity and the Pet Parade Chili Cook-off and has been an Advisor for the Charitable Assistance Fund (CAF) for many years. When Natalie is not working, she donates her time volunteering for several Non-Profit Organizations in Laguna Beach. She also loves spending time with her two fur babies, Ella & Peanut, and her friends and family.

Annalie has been assisting NTS since 2021 and recently received her Transaction Coordinating Certificate. She will be graduating next spring in Business Administration and Finance from Cal State Long Beach, and she is the elected Vice President of Professional Development for the Finance Management Association.
Marketing Specialist
Dolores Becerra
Dolores joined NTS in 2024, bringing with her extensive marketing experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton. Throughout her career, Dolores has worked as a marketing coordinator, graphic designer, and event planner in various fields, including the medical sector and the fashion industry. In her personal life, Dolores is the proud mom of a yellow lab named Thor.
