History
Natalie began her career in real estate at 17 with Option One Mortgage. As an Account Manager, she gained an early understanding of the lending process and the documentation and requirements involved in real estate transactions from the buyer’s perspective.
She later joined Deutsche Bank, one of the world’s leading financial services providers. As an Accounting Assistant in their California and Chicago property management division, Natalie supported the financial and administrative management of 30–50 multi-unit residential and commercial properties.
After four years with Deutsche Bank, Natalie returned to California to be closer to her family and friends. As the real estate market shifted and REO properties became increasingly prevalent, she joined Skyhill REO. This experience expanded her career beyond accounting and into information technology. As a Helpdesk Specialist, Natalie developed valuable knowledge in online security, data protection, and the transition toward increasingly paperless systems.
To work more directly in the real estate transaction process, Natalie transitioned from IT to Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty (formerly HOM Real Estate Group). This marked the beginning of her career in transaction coordination and allowed her to bring together the financial, technical, organizational, and real estate experience she had developed throughout her career.
Today, that combined experience is the foundation of NTS and its approach to transaction coordination, bringing together organization, technology, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the many moving parts involved in a real estate transaction.

Natalie Alvarez
Natalie Alvarez has worked in real estate for more than 25 years, starting her career at just 17. Natalie is a California-licensed REALTOR® with extensive experience as a Transaction Coordinator, giving her a unique perspective on the many moving parts involved in a real estate transaction.
With more than $2 billion in transaction volume, Natalie is known for her exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing organized and dependable support throughout the transaction process. She works closely with agents, clients, escrow, lenders, and other professionals to help ensure contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents are completed accurately and handled in accordance with applicable requirements. She also carefully monitors transaction timelines and deadlines to help keep each file moving forward.
Natalie has actively supported her local real estate community. In 2019, she was honored as the Laguna Board of REALTORS® Realtor of the Year. She also served as Events Chairperson for the Laguna Board of REALTORS® A Taste for Charity and Pet Parade Chili Cook-off in 2018 and 2020. Natalie has been an Advisor for the Charitable Assistance Fund (CAF) for many years and continues to donate her time to several nonprofit organizations in Laguna Beach.
When Natalie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her sweet dog, Peanut. She also carries the memory of her sweet Ella with her always. 🕊️🐾

Annalie Osuna
Annalie has been assisting NTS since 2021 and recently received her Transaction Coordinating Certificate. She will be graduating next spring in Business Administration and Finance from Cal State Long Beach, and she is the elected Vice President of Professional Development for the Finance Management Association.
Marketing Specialist
Dolores Becerra
Dolores joined NTS in 2024, bringing with her extensive marketing experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton. Throughout her career, Dolores has worked as a marketing coordinator, graphic designer, and event planner in various fields, including the medical sector and the fashion industry. In her personal life, Dolores is the proud mom of a yellow lab named Thor.
